Why Jimmy Does This Work

Jimmy grew up in San Jose’s Evergreen neighborhood, where he watched his own family and family friends get taken advantage of by dishonest or incompetent real estate agents. He couldn’t help them then — but that experience is what drove him to become a real estate attorney. Today, Jimmy has the knowledge and license to do what he couldn’t do as a young man: stand up for people who trusted an agent or seller and got burned. A home is the biggest purchase most people will ever make, and Jimmy believes it’s wrong for a seller or agent to think they can take advantage of a hard-working buyer and get away with it.

Jimmy’s Mission

Jimmy’s mission is simple: protect home buyers in San Jose and throughout Santa Clara County from dishonest sellers and agents, and recover the money his clients were cheated out of. Jimmy also serves clients throughout Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, San Mateo, Alameda, Santa Cruz, and San Francisco Counties.
